By accessing or using NepaliKit (nepalikit.tech), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. Permitted Use & In-Browser Tools

NepaliKit grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our web application, calendar engine, and utility tools (such as PDF tools, image compressors, QR generators, unit converters, and tax calculators).

• You agree not to use our tools to process unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or malicious content.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer server APIs, launch automated scraping denial-of-service (DDoS) requests, or overload platform infrastructure.
• You may use outputs generated by our converters, QR codes, and calculators freely for both personal and commercial projects without royalty fees.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The branding, design, UI elements, documentation, and web source code of NepaliKit are owned by the NepaliKit maintainers and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

The underlying core date engine is powered by the open-source nepali_kit Dart library, distributed under open-source licensing.

Your Content: You retain full copyright and ownership of all files, images, PDFs, code, and text you input into any NepaliKit tool. Because operations occur client-side, we assert no copyright, license, or ownership over your processed materials.

4. Informational Nature & Disclaimers

Similarly, while gold/silver rates, foreign exchange rates, fuel prices, and weather forecasts are fetched from recognized government and trade associations (e.g., NRB, DHM, NOC, FeNeGoSiDA), market volatility may introduce differences. We make no warranty that information is continuous, uninterrupted, or entirely error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NepaliKit and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the website or tools;
• Any inaccuracies in date conversions, calendar tithis, or calculations;
• Accidental file corruption during in-browser conversions (we always encourage maintaining backups of your files);
• Interruption, downtime, or temporary unavailability of third-party public rate feeds.
